If you have borrowed an elevator key, please turn it in to the clinic before summer vacation.  Also, all medication must be picked up in the clinic by a parent/guardian before summer vacation or it will be disposed of.

Attention: Your Moline School District Google account will be archived on June 14th.  If you wish to move all of your Gmail and Google Drive documents to a personal Google account, check your school e-mail or Skyward for directions.  If you have any questions or issues with the process, please stop by the Student Help Desk for assistance.

Contemporaire tryouts are this Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the East Gym. There is a clinic tonight from 3:30-4:30 p.m. to learn the dance and technical skills. Check out the Moline High School Contemporaries’ Facebook page for more information.

If you have borrowed an elevator key, please turn it in to the clinic before summer vacation.  Also, all medication must be picked up in the clinic by a parent/guardian before summer vacation or it will be disposed of.

Attention Seniors:  Don’t forget you will need to take your permission form with you to Project Graduation.  You can pick one up in the main office or print it from the MHS Website.

Auditions for Encore!, Moline High School’s speech team, will be after school today.  Auditioners do not need to prepare anything before hand, but can if they wish. Audition sign-ups will be posted outside of room E204 this afternoon. Make-up auditions will be next Tuesday for students that could not make it today. If you cannot make any of these times, please e-mail Mr. Vo.

Attention to all members of next year’s Line O ‘Type; there will be a meeting for everyone today after school in room B206, Mrs. Norcross’s room.  We will get your contact information and discuss next year’s schedule.  Please see Mrs. Norcross if you are unable to attend.

All current sophomores are invited to join us for the first junior class float planning meeting today at 3:05 in room B207. Please see Mrs. Breidenbach, Ms. Hays, or Mrs. MacLennan if you cannot attend but would like to help with the junior class float in the fall.

Authentic Voices’ Senior Tea will be today during 4th period lunches in B128. Members may come in for snacks and beverages and to recognize graduating seniors during their lunch.

Don’t forget the last Gamers Club meeting is today after school in the cafeteria.

There will be a Habitat for Humanity meeting on Tuesday for all members.  We are discussing possible summer builds and activities as well as planning for next fall!  Please meet in the Library after school @ 3:10 pm.

Attention anyone interested in girls’ summer volleyball activities; there will be a brief meeting in room B316 after school today regarding summer volleyball activities.  See Coach Fetter if you cannot make it.

Locker clean out will be today from 9:50 to 10:05 a.m.  There will be carts in the hallways for books and school supplies and green recycle bins are for clothing.  All students are expected to report to their 3rd period class by 10:05.

Please pick up your prepaid yearbook at the bookstore today.

Reminder to seniors:  No decorating is to be done on your caps or gowns.

Student led Bible study will be meeting for the final time this year today after school in J227 starting at 3:10.  All are welcome.

Every Friday after school the Genders and Sexualities Alliance meets in the Library Media Center. This is a safe, non-judgmental environment to socialize with friends. All are welcome.

National Honor Society juniors and seniors:  Please remember to turn in your Birdies for Charity forms this week in the Counseling Center to help the NHS Foundation fund scholarships for our seniors in the future!  There are forms available in the Counseling Center if you don’t have one.

John Deere Quad City locations are now hiring welders, assemblers, cnc machinists, electricians and engineering technicians. If you would like more information, stop by the Counseling Center today.
