Drama Club meets today after school from 3:10 to 3:30 in room E204.
There will be a brief Interact Club meeting today at 3:10 in room J128.
There will be a very important meeting for EVERYONE that is in the Quad City Scholars on Wednesday after school in E 204. It is important that everyone be there by 2:10.
Did you play football this year? How about basketball? Volleyball? Tennis? Do you consider yourself an athlete? If you do, FCA is an organization for you! Meet us tomorrow morning at 7:15 in the West Gym for a game of Dodgeball! We provide the fun and the donuts! See you there!
Attention all National Honor Society applicants–Your completed applications are due in the Counseling Center to Mrs. Ryser by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24th.

The Quad Cities Chapter of the links, Inc. Scholarship – due April 29
Tri County School Food Service Association Scholarship – due March 18
The Rock Island County Scholarship – due June 1
Kids Count Scholarship – due April 30
The John Cervantes Scholarship is now open exclusively to Moline High School students only. This scholarship is worth up to $4000. Applications may be accessed from the Counseling Website and this scholarship has a due date of April 1.
All MHS students and their parents are invited to a Multicultural Youth Summit at Black Hawk College on Saturday, Feb. 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Building 1. Learn more about college admissions, financial aid and scholarships as well as choosing a career path or college major. See your counselor for registration information.
Oakwood Country Club is now hiring summer positions for Golf Operations staff. For more information, see Mrs. Thompson in the Counseling Center.
There will be a brief girls’ basketball meeting for all levels, this Wednesday at 2:05 in the driver’s education room, B152.
Tickets for the Sadie Hawkins dance are now on sale at the Bookstore. The theme for the dance this year is Mardi Gras.
Attention Yearbook Staff: Please come to the publication’s office after school today, so we can take the group photo for the yearbook. Don’t forget!
Please plan ahead to stay for extra help at After School Tutoring tomorrow. Tutoring is available from 2:00 – 3:30pm in room B325. Take advantage of this opportunity to get assistance with your assignments.
Doctor Who fans are invited to a Doctor Who Trivia Contest at the Moline Public Library next Monday, February 29 at 6:00 p.m. Compete in teams of up to four. Advance registration is required.
Attention Students: Please do not park in the areas designated as “Staff Parking”. These areas will be monitored. All vehicles must have a parking tag visible in the window.
