Want to meet and mingle with other genuinely nice people and do nice things for others? Stop by the Random Acts of Kindness Club meeting today after school in B217. We’ll have treats, of course!
ALL HOSA members: We will have a meeting today at 3:05 in J138. Everyone is welcome to learn about the great opportunities in the medical and health after high school. If you have any questions, see Mr. Mahieu.
Remember to all Natural Helpers: We will be meeting for lunch in room B131 every Monday.
There will be a Kaleidoscript meeting Tuesday in B215 @ 3:15. All members, new and old, please attend! We will be electing officers.
There will be an informational meeting for the Debate Team after school tomorrow in room E215. Please see Miss Guerdet if you cannot attend.
Crime Stoppers will be accepting applications through September 4th. Applications are available in the Attendance Office or in Mrs. Mahieu’s room C101.
Attention all Linotype editors and reporters: There will be a mandatory meeting for all reporters who are interested in writing for the Linotype this year after school on Tuesday in rooms B220 and B218. You must come to this meeting to sign up for a Trello account, meet the editors you will be writing for, and provide your necessary contact information. This meeting is mandatory. If you would like to be a photographer for the Linotype, a separate meeting will be held on Wednesday after school in B206. Please direct all questions about the Linotype to Mrs. Norcross in B206.
There is a volunteer opportunity at QC Haunted Forest through the month of October. If you are interested in more information, please see Mrs. Thompson in the Counseling Center.
Attention all students…. anyone interested in joining the Bass Fishing team or learning more about it, there will be an informational meeting tomorrow morning before school at 7:50 AM or after school at 3:05 PM in B322. Anyone who cannot attend the meeting should stop to see Coach Albrecht in B322.
Attention students! Would you like to sing the National Anthem before a sporting event? If so, try-outs will be tomorrow from 3:15pm to 4:00pm in C125, the Choir Room. You must try-out to be able to perform in front of a sporting event.
If you ordered a class ring last spring, class ring delivery will be tomorrow during Period 4 in the hallway outside the lunchroom.
Doctor Who fans are invited to a Doctor Who Party at the Moline Public Library tonight at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy food, games, trivia, and the company of fellow Whovians.
