The make-up organizations photos for this year’s “M” are today after school. All members of the following groups need to meet with their adviser at 3:05. Please be organized in formation before the photographer arrives:
Sign Language Club starts up again today in room B131 at 3:15. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
Attn all interested in Flag Corp: we will have a meeting tonight in the Aerobics room next to the West gym from 3:15-4:30 today.
Attention all Kaleidoscript staff: ALL lollipop money should be turned in by the end of the week to Ms. Hays in J222! If you want to sell any more in the meantime, please see Ms. Hays.
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission is hosting a free event this Saturday, March 2nd at Black Hawk College from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Workshops will give students and families information about paying and preparing for college in a fun and interactive way. See Mrs. Dexter in the Counseling Center for registration information.
Many colleges are now accepting nominations and applications for their pre-college programs for high school students. Many applications are due in April and most have fees associated with the program. You may access the current list of available programs from the counseling page of the school website or by visiting Mrs. Sanders in the counseling center.
All track girls wanting to go out for the sport need to be at Wharton for practice from 3:30-5:00. You need a physical and parent permission form on file as well.
The ZAPS ACT test prep seminar that was canceled Tuesday night because of weather has been rescheduled for today. Meet in B152 at 3:30.
Tacos in a bag will be sold today after school at the “M” and J-wing entrance. They are just $1. Stop and get a snack after school!
